Taprooms with a kitchen need a table that can hold a burger basket and a flight of beer without looking like a school cafeteria. This one has a sintered stone top in misty grey-green with darker green streaks and thin copper lines, which looks like wet slate and hides rings and drips better than a plain white top.
A low-gloss bronze edge band rims the top. It stands on two open triangular frames in walnut-tone timber, each a hollow wooden triangle with a small metal bracket where it meets the underside. The open triangles keep leg room clear at both ends and look sharp from across a room.
Height and size. 29½ in (75 cm) is dining height, so guests can eat comfortably, which makes this a table for the food-and-beer side of the room rather than a high-top. 47¼ × 23⅝ in (120 × 60 cm) seats four.
Where it works. Dining areas in taprooms, brewpubs with a kitchen, beer garden interiors and tasting rooms.
Care. Sintered stone is non-porous, so beer, cider and sauces wipe straight off.
Options. Other lengths, widths, slab patterns, edge colors and timber stains are available on request.
