A lounge set for the part of the taproom where nobody is in a hurry. The chairs and loveseats have a walnut frame with flat open arms, cane rattan panels on the sides, and a button-tufted back and seat cushion in brown oil-wax leather. They are grouped in fours around low round tables with black stone-look tops and gold vein lines on black pedestals.
Pieces. Single club chairs, two-seat loveseats and round low tables, shown in pairs and facing groups.
Construction. Solid hardwood frames with PU lacquer; rattan woven into rebated side frames; HR foam cushions with buttoned leather covers; tables in sintered stone or laminate on steel pedestals.
Living with beer. Oil-wax leather patinates with spills rather than staining; rattan is set to the sides, away from where drinks land.
Where it works. Brewery lounges, barrel rooms, bottle bars, cigar-friendly terraces and hotel bars with a craft beer list.
